Hi,

You can just play the movie in VLC or MPEGStreamclip (both free at www.versiontracker.com),
pause it when you see a good preview frame and take a frame capture. I've done this for several videos posted on Saff and it works fine. iDive is expensive - $69.95 and is more complex than you need
for just screen caps.

You can even just play the vid in QuickTime, pause it and take a screen picture (shift>command>4).

ImageGrab for Windows takes an automatic shot every so many frames (you set how often) but
you don't know what frames you're getting.

Thanks for your reply, Uncaff. Yes, i used to take picture frames of my videos, but i think it takes too much time... But i didn't know this command in VLC, i will try it!

And you're right with ImageG.: you can't choose what frames you're getting...
