He nibbles the painful ball of her foot and sucks on it as well as sucks her toes. Ava enjoys the warmth of his mouth and tongue on her foot, and closes her eyes in bliss. The podiatrist removes Ava's other stiletto and repeats the exam process on it. He then administers the last part of the exam when he has her sit with her feet under the chair with her ankles crossed.
